About us

Who we are and why we do this work

Access Support Team, Inc., commonly known as Access Team, is a nonprofit organization based in Miami, Florida, working against HIV in the United States and 12 Latin American and Caribbean countries.

Our mission

Stopping HIV and supporting the people it affects

Our mission is to prevent HIV, help people get tested and treated, and make health care, education, food and housing support easier to reach.

We believe good health depends on more than a visit to the doctor. It also depends on having enough food, a safe place to live and the information to make good choices. That is why our programs work together.
